Nails:MINT SORBET!

I LOVE ALL THINGS MINT.

MINT CHOCOLATE
CHIP ICE CREAM...

*Side note: April 27th is Baskin Robbins 31CENT scoop night :)*

GIRL SCOUT THIN MINTS..
*DROOL...*

FRESH MINT LEAVES...
*Especially in Vietnamese Spring Rolls!

And now... I've taken on this obsession with Mint colored nail polish. I had to make a quick- and I mean a VERY quick 2-minute run into Target to pick some things up and I just HAD to grab a color. This one was the first that I saw, and I admit, the Sally Hansen Hard as Nails is NOT my favorite formula...I actually don't like it much.

..but I saw the color and I HAD to have it.

Mint Sorbet? Don't mind if I do.

 $2.04 at Target :)

Happy Painting!

NAIL POLISH MONDAYS!
GREEN WITH ENVY & FRUITS
Another Monday! Another nail polish color! I usually hang out with my boyfriend on Mondays. Today we went to get Cuban sandwiches and go antique store shopping. Unfortunately I didn't see anything I liked. I spent the rest of my day cleaning out my spare room. I'm going to use it to store my clothes and make up!

Anyways. I bought these cute fruit nail stickers at the swap meet two weeks or so ago. I finally decided to see if I liked them or not. So far they're cute. I hope they stay on long! I'm using Sally Hansen's Hard As Nails in Green With Envy.

HAPPY PAINTING!

NAIL POLISH MONDAYS!
Happy Monday everyone! I'm kind of disappointing in this weather we're having in San Diego! It's been raining like crazy and my aunt's been scaring me with news of earthquake alerts! EEK! What is the world coming to? I'm just so thankful I'm able to sleep in a warm bed every night and have my loving family and friends around.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Another monday, another nail polish color! I'm not doing anything too crazy. I felt like doing a nice lilac purple.

REVIEW: LaROSA CRACKLE SHATTER POLISH PART2

NAIL POLISH MONDAYS!

Another MONDAY has rolled around and I've probably painted my nails a dozen times but I've been IN LOVE with the La ROSA crackle shatter polish that I decided to do another look. I don't know what's wrong with me but I probably don't keep my polishes on for more then three days unless it's a professionally done nail job. I need HELP! I have a bunch of polishes I need to wear that I haven't even looked at yet! So I'm banning myself from purchasing anymore nail polishes for at least two months...because I have enough to last me until then. :(

So if you haven't seen my first post on LaRosa Crackle Shatter and where to find them, check it out HERE.

I painted my nails a BEAUTIFUL jade color by O.P.I. called JADE IS THE NEW BLACK. I thought it was so pretty I might just wear it by itself, but then I got really curious as to how the white shatter would look against it. So here it is!

I have to admit, I'm not loving the white shatter as much as I liked the black one. It does look cool. I kind of feel like my nails look like Dinosaur eggs hatching... if that makes any sense.
I was also messing around my BLUE CRACKER SHATTER and did white polish underneath. This looked kind of cool, but the white polish bothered me because it made me feel like I had white out on my nails... maybe its time to get the PINK CRACKER SHATTER! I hope you guys enjoy!
HAPPY PAINTING!

REVIEW: ZOYA NAIL POLISH

NAILS: ZOYA
Today I'm wearing ZOYA's polish in SUVI. I bought the St. Patrick's Day Special where they had three bottles for $5! It was such a great deal since these run about $7- $9 for just one bottle. This color is like an metallic emerald green. It's really pretty for everyday. The brush makes the applicatioin process really easy.I've been getting compliments all day! This brand of polish is supposedly the "LONGEST LASTING POLISH" out there! So far, its doing great. My nails chip fast because I do all these things with my hands that test out the toughness of my polish!

Happy Gettin' your PAINT ON! <3Trang

REVIEW: LaROSA CRACKLE SHATTER POLISH

NAIL POLISH MONDAYS :]
How was everyone's Monday? I love Mondays because I don't have to work, It's great to wake up and know you have the availability to sleep in a little bit more. I've been wanting to get the new O.P.I. black shatter polish, but it's impossible to find and I don't have much patients to wait for shipping unless I have to. So my first time visiting this Vietnamese nail supply store. I heard from my aunt that they sell awesome polishes for really cheap. So when I got there I was surprised to see their giant collection of O.P.I and China Glaze and other brands for around $3! The guy said they were completely sold out of the Shatter polish and the crackle, but he showed me a cheaper brand that works just as well with a variety of colors.
LA ROSA CRACKLE SHATTER POLISH

I decided on black and white to try out just because they're basic. And this works as a layering process so I figure they would be great for mixing and matching since black and white go with everything. These were $2 each. LA ROSA BRAND.

I also picked up two other colors. One from O.P.I.($3.50) and one from China Glaze. ($2.00) They had so many colors I couldn't decide, so I just grabbed these.

China Glaze's "High Hopes" and O.P.I. "Do you lilac It?"
Step 1: After applying fingernail's base coast. I did a coat first of China Glaze.

Step 2: After the polish dried, I applied the Crackle Shatter in Deep Black. and it took less then ten seconds to crack and dry. I was amazed. I finished with a top coat.

Step 2: ROCK EM WITH CONFIDENCE! My mom thought there was something wrong with my nails,LOL. She liked them though.

5 OUT OF 5
for this stuff! There were so many colors and since they weer so cheap, I'd buy them all. See if you have nail supply stores around YOUR area!

P.S. I snagged this little set for $6!
